Curaleaf Founder Boris Jordan to Take Over as CEO of Largest US MSO

Curaleaf Holdings Inc. (CURLF: CSE) (OTCQX: CURLF) ("Curaleaf" or the "Company"), a leading international provider of consumer products in the cannabis industry, today announced that its co-founder and executive chair Boris Jordan will add the role of chief executive officer, effective July 7, 2024.
Jordan, who has served as executive chairman since 2021, succeeds Joe Bayern, who has resigned as CEO and a director of the Company. Bayern will remain with Curaleaf as a senior advisor through the end of 2024 to ensure a smooth transition.
Curaleaf, headquartered in Wakefield, Massachusetts, is the largest multi-state operator in the United States, with a presence in 23 states. The company has annual revenue of over $1 billion and employs over 4,000 people.
